NZ Wrap & Nets recently completed this wrap installation in Rotorua, working alongside Bay Scaffold on a residential reclad project. Due to site restrictions, exterior photos weren’t possible, but this inside view still shows the scale and clean finish of the enclosure system.
For reclad projects, creating a dry, protected environment is essential once external cladding is removed. Using Safe Seal Shrink Wrap, we fully enclosed the work area to help protect the structure from the elements while allowing trades to continue working efficiently through changing weather conditions.
Projects like this are a great example of how shrink wrap supports long-term renovation and remediation work. The enclosure not only helps keep the site weather-tight, but also creates a safer, more controlled workspace for everyone involved.
