NZ Wrap & Nets recently completed this full-house wrap in Rotorua, working alongside Euro Scaffolds on a high-exposure lakeside property undergoing major renovation works.
Due to the waterfront location, the project required a wrap system specifically designed to handle increased wind exposure and changing weather conditions. The entire structure was enclosed using Safe Seal Shrink Wrap, with three roof sheets and integrated gutter systems installed to add extra strength, improve water management, and create a durable long-term enclosure.
This setup was all about creating a secure and controlled environment so renovation work could continue safely and efficiently from the roof down. Projects in exposed locations demand careful planning and strong installation methods, especially when long-term weather protection is essential.
