Teamwork and smart design in action in Taupo, where we’ve been working alongside Euro Scaffolds at Bupa NZ Retirement Villages on a staged roofing system designed for efficiency and protection.
The project uses a rolling roof approach, where each section is constructed and wrapped using Safe Seal Wrap before being moved along to the next area. This allows the onsite team to fully complete one section at a time, rather than exposing the entire structure during the build.
Each roof section is fully enclosed before progression, providing consistent weather protection exactly where it’s needed. The result is reduced downtime, lower material usage, and a more controlled workflow across the site.
It’s a practical approach that keeps the project moving regardless of weather conditions, while maintaining a clean and secure working environment throughout each stage.
