NZ Wrap & Nets recently completed the third stage of renovation works at Greenwood Park Retirement Village, working alongside Apex Scaffolding and Livingstone Construction to provide reliable weather protection during ongoing re-roofing and refurbishment.
As part of a staged redevelopment, maintaining a secure and weather-tight work environment has been essential to keeping the project progressing safely and efficiently. With residents nearby and multiple stages of construction underway, careful planning and a dependable containment system were key to minimising disruption while allowing work to continue.
Using Safe Seal Shrink Wrap, this stage was installed with our double tube and integrated gutter system to provide additional strength and durability. This method is particularly effective on larger, long-term projects, improving water management while creating a stronger enclosure capable of handling New Zealand's changing weather conditions.
