Maungatapu Rugby Club, Tauranga

NZ Wrap & Nets completed a shrink wrap project at Maungatapu Rugby Club in Tauranga, working alongside Apex Scaffolding to support recladding and building upgrade works.

Although a smaller project, effective site protection still plays an important role in renovation and maintenance work. Shrink wrap provides a practical way to enclose scaffolded areas, helping protect the building and work zone from exposure to the elements while improvements are underway.

For this project, we used Safe Seal Shrink Wrap to create a protective enclosure around the work area. This helped provide a more controlled environment for the recladding and upgrade work, while allowing the project team to focus on improving the existing building.

When working on existing buildings, every site comes with its own requirements. The size of the area, the nature of the work being carried out and the surrounding environment all influence the most suitable wrapping solution. Even on smaller jobs, careful planning and installation help ensure the wrap meets the needs of the project.

Working with scaffolding contractors such as Apex Scaffolding allows us to provide shrink wrap solutions that complement the scaffold structure and support the work taking place on site.

At NZ Wrap & Nets, we provide tailored shrink wrap installations for projects of all sizes across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and surrounding regions. From small building upgrades and recladding projects to large-scale construction and industrial containment, we use Safe Seal Shrink Wrap to deliver practical protection suited to the job.

This Maungatapu Rugby Club project is another example of how shrink wrap can support building improvements by helping create a protected working area while essential upgrades are completed.
