Full house wrap for a roof renovation

When a home requires significant roof repairs or replacement, protecting the entire building from the elements is an important consideration. A full house wrap provides an enclosed working environment, helping shield the property while renovation work is underway.

This project shows the property from the inside, with the existing roof structure clearly visible and in need of attention. While the internal view highlights the condition of the roof, the entire house is enclosed in Safe Seal Shrink Wrap to provide protection across the building, rather than just the roof area.

Full house wrapping can be particularly valuable for extensive renovations, where work on the roof may leave parts of the structure vulnerable to changing weather conditions. By enclosing the property, shrink wrap helps limit exposure to wind and rain, supporting contractors as they carry out repairs and prepare the home for its next stage.

At NZ Wrap & Nets, we install Safe Seal Shrink Wrap solutions tailored to each property's structure, scaffold setup and project requirements. Whether a home is undergoing a major renovation, roof replacement or rebuild, the right enclosure can help create a more controlled working environment.

We work alongside scaffolding and construction teams across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and surrounding regions, delivering practical protection for residential projects of all sizes.
